Care and maintenance
The whole bed goes in the washing machine.
Do not bleach. Keep away from fire. Third-party fabric cleaners are used at the owner’s discretion.

Let your dog try their bed at home for up to 30 nights. If they are not completely comfortable, you can return it for a full refund. All we ask is that you genuinely let your dog try the bed for at least 14 days first.
Measure them from nose to the base of the tail while lying naturally, and choose the larger bed if they are between sizes. Small is 60cm across and suits cats, small dogs and puppies. Medium is 80cm. Large is 100cm.
It arrives vacuum packed. Take it out, give it a good shake, and allow 24 to 48 hours for its full shape to return.
No, and by design. There are no zips: the whole bed goes in the machine, which means nothing is left unwashed. Take the mattress out first, wash at no more than 30°C and tumble dry on low heat. If you would rather wash a cover than a whole bed, The Ultimate and The Comfort both have covers that come off, and The Ultimate has spares in eleven colours.
Yes. Take the mattress out, then wash the bed according to its care label at no more than 30°C. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry, give it a good shake, and use it again once it has its shape back and is completely dry.
