Is this the same quality as The Ultimate and The Comfort?
The Luxury Crate Bed is manufactured in Europe using the same standard of construction and materials as The Ultimate and The Comfort. Its shape and proportions are designed specifically for use inside a crate.
What is the difference between this and The Ultimate?
The crate bed is a dedicated, lower-profile bed made to fit inside the crate. The Ultimate is a raised bolster bed whose mattress lifts out, so one bed can move between the room, a crate and travelling. Both carry the 30-night risk-free trial; the complimentary leather lead is the Ultimate’s and the Comfort’s.
Is it suitable for crate-trained dogs?
It is designed for dogs who settle in a crate, whether overnight or during quiet periods in the day.
How do I measure the crate?
Measure the inside of the crate, front to back and side to side, and choose the bed that leaves enough room for the door to swing and for them to settle comfortably.
Is the crate bed waterproof?
The protective inner layer is waterproof and helps shield the memory foam from everyday moisture. It is not a substitute for supervision: a wet or persistently chewing dog should not be left unattended with it.
Can the cover be washed?
Yes. Remove the outer cover and wash it at 30°C. Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry, following the care instructions.
Which colour should I choose?
Slate Grey is a calm, darker neutral. Stone Grey is a lighter, softer neutral. The construction and the support are the same in both.
Does it come with the 30-night trial?
Yes. Let them try it at home for up to 30 nights, and if they are not completely comfortable return it for a full refund. We ask for a genuine trial of at least 14 days. The published trial terms apply.
How quickly will it arrive?
Order by 3pm for free next working day delivery. UK mainland orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays; other areas take longer.
