The beds look great and look well made, unfortunately the bottom is not waterproof as one of my pets peed the bed and it just came through the bottom, due to the nature of the filling it's just absorbed everything and I can't get the smell out and I fear that my £100 bed will make it's way to the tip. The stuffing for the base is really lumpy and seems to move around a lot so not too sure how comfortable the bed is for the dogs.
This is by far the best “donut” bed I’ve bought so far. My lurcher has quickly ruined similar beds from other suppliers but this one really stands the test & she loves it. It arrived very quickly so, all in all, a very good service.
The bed in itself is very well made its very good quality. When we first took it out of the box I immediately thought it was too small, Im still not sure about that? I wish the sides were a bit higher as I feel my dog is kind of perched on top of the mattress. Its taking her a while to use it, I don't think she's 100% happy with it and Im still wondering whether I should return it or not. As I said the quality without doubt it excellent, but it maybe too small for our girl. Also I should have received a free dog lead with the order but its my fault as I didn't tick the box on the order for it. Will be interesting to see if these reviews get read by a person? If so I would expect on lead to be on its way :-)

I bought the yellow eco leather dog collar and I feel so smart walking my dog now! I’m definitely going to try the matching lead too. We’re both very happy 🐾
Bed appears to be well made, plush, supportive with soft fleece covering. It has a removable inner pad to make it easier for washing. It sprung into shape as soon as we unpacked it, unlike cheaper versions that remain lopsided forever. Very fast delivery, well packed, and most importantly, dog is very happy with it.
Sumptuous looking bed - unfortunately our puppy just wants to play with it and chew it (no fault of the bed’s!) but hopefully he’ll appreciate it when he’s older!
They don’t honour the trial period, answer the phone or return emails.

Absolutely love the Ultimate Eco Orthopedic Luxury dog bed. Very well made. Love the fact I can buy a spare cover too. My dog was in it as soon as I undid the box. I had to slide it into position with her in it! I can tell she's ready for bed when she snuggles down in the evening. Our friend's dog was straight into it too when they visited. Am contemplating getting another for my bedroom. Definite thumbs up from us.

Please see our e-mail customer complaint. Our Labrador is a BIG 10 month old Chocolate Lab, approx 35-40 kg at the moment. We have been advised by Baker and Bray it was suitable for Labs up to 55kg, but unfortunately even in the large size, this vest does not come close to fitting him.
my 13 yr old lab, Deacon, seems to love it though because of the hotter weather is tending to sleep on the cool floor (just what he prefers at the moment)

With so many “calming” donut beds on the market it was with difficulty that I chose this company, and I am glad I did. Delivery was indeed next day and the bed was plump with plenty of filling! An instant hit with our Guide Dog puppy, so much so that we feared he would prefer it to his crate for overnight. This donut has definitely helped calm him during the day and gives him a different place in the house within eyesight, replicating being independent but not too far from us for security as he grows. As I write our pup has moved from his donut to his crate so no favouritism. Would highly recommend.

Kip loves his new bed, he was a little unsure at first as it was a quite a bit different to his old one, but once he’d decided to get in his luxurious bed he led down and slept for ages. It’s his favourite go to space when he wants chill and relax and is enjoyed in many of the quirky poses that only a Border Collie can.
From an owners point of view it's a dream to clean using a mattress attachment to vacuum off his hair.
