Returns

If your order was placed by mistake and has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we are able to cancel your order. In this event, please contact us to do so. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel an order.

All our Eco Friendly Luxury Dog Beds are accompanied with our full quality assurance and commitment to ensuring that your dog loves their new Baker & Bray bed. If they are not 100% comfortable during the first 30 nights, we’ll provide a full refund.

You have the right to return any other item providing its within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept items if they still have the original tags attached and items are in their original packaging, unused. Once tags have been removed, or the original packaging is missing or damaged, or the item has been used your purchase is no longer eligible for an exchange or refund.

If your return meets the required conditions, please contact us with your customer reference number to hand. Please do not return your goods without notifying us beforehand. Once your item(s) have been returned and received, our warehouse team will carry out restocking checks. If they have not been returned in a saleable condition or are damaged, we will unfortunately refuse the exchange or refund requested.

Please note we are unable to issue an exchange or refund for products where faults have been caused by an accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your reference number and details regarding the specific fault and one of our team members will get back to you with a response.

Please note that unless agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. You have the choice of either arranging your own courier or we can arrange collection for you. In this event, the delivery charge will be deducted from your total refund. We can normally arrange a collection anytime between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, from the date your goods are sent back to us. If you still haven’t received your refund after 15 days, please contact us with your reference number and we will investigate further. If you have returned goods via your own method, please also include
tracking details.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. Please check orders carefully on receiving them. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit or if there are any order discrepancies, we will make every effort to resolve these as soon as possible for you. We do however require that you inform us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. If we are not notified within this period, we reserve the right not to process the return.

We endeavour to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. For UK mainland orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays we do our best to deliver on the next working day, however due to courier restrictions your order may take up to five business days to be delivered.

Where possible we will send tracking information to the email address or phone number provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Most couriers operate contact free delivery without the requirement of a signature although some parcels may require a signature on arrival. Please ensure someone is present to accept delivery of your order, particularly when ordering large items.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they leave our warehouse.

Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a delivery charge calculated at checkout and may take additional working days to be delivered.

Where available, deliveries to Europe and rest of the world can take up to 28 days and delivery charges are calculated at checkout. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes.
