Very pleased with the prompt service and communication . During my purchase and after . The bed is lovely and soft . Silky in fact . The filling material is quite soft . I’m not sure this will keep shape and last as long as my last one from another company . Only time will tell . I appreciated the £10 off and the free poo bags .
