Care and maintenance
Easy to keep fresh.
Remove the outer cover and wash it at 30°C.
- Dry-brush surface dirt and wipe marks with a damp cloth.
- Open the hidden zip and take the cover off.
- Machine wash the cover on its own, cold and delicate, at no more than 30°C.
- Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry.
- Do not bleach and do not iron.
- Only the cover is washed. The mattress stays in the bed.
Only the removable outer cover is washed. Third-party fabric cleaners are used at the owner’s discretion.

The Luxury Crate Bed is manufactured in Europe using the same standard of construction and materials as The Ultimate and The Comfort. Its shape and proportions are designed specifically for use inside a crate.
What is the difference between this and The Ultimate?
The crate bed is a dedicated, lower-profile bed made to fit inside the crate. The Ultimate is a raised bolster bed whose mattress lifts out, so one bed can move between the room, a crate and travelling. Both carry the 30-night risk-free trial; the complimentary leather collar is the Ultimate’s and the Comfort’s.
Is it suitable for crate-trained dogs?
It is designed for dogs who settle in a crate, whether overnight or during quiet periods in the day.
How do I measure the crate?
Measure the inside of the crate, front to back and side to side, and choose the bed that leaves enough room for the door to swing and for them to settle comfortably.
Is the crate bed waterproof?
The protective inner layer is waterproof and helps shield the memory foam from everyday moisture. It is not a substitute for supervision: a wet or persistently chewing dog should not be left unattended with it.

Yes. Remove the outer cover and wash it at 30°C. Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry, following the care instructions.
