Before purchasing the new dog bed I did a lot of research because there is so many options available at all sorts of prices, after reading the Telegraph review and so many others I plumbed for this one because it ticked so many of the important things I wanted for our girls and it certainly is everything that we could wish for. Although only one of our small dogs have checked out the bed so far we are sure that it will become their favourite one. It is so very well made and feels lovely and comfy, the sides are just the right height to rest their heads and both of our girls like to do that. We are extremely impressed with the overall quality of the fabric and the whole bed it is very well made. The delivery was also super quick.

The bed arrived a little later than expected due to a delay with the delivery service. When it did arrive we were pleased by the appearance and the weight of it. It looks to be of very good quality and comfortable. Arnie, the greyhound, wasn't sure at first but when we put his old blanket in there he started to lay down of his own accord. Now he seems to be really settled in the bed when it's time for a snooze so we are very happy with the purchase. Slightly disappointed that he was gifted a black collar rather than the navy one which we ordered. He has a black collar already.

Bertie who has arthritis, took to his new bed very quickly. He loves it. He spend all night in it and often goes in it in the day. He loves the raised sides which he often rests his head on. It feels like a lovely soft but very supportive bed, very well made.

To be honest, I bought this a few weeks before my pup was ready to come home, and I decided to test it and it was so comfortable that I catch myself just sitting on it at random times, so I’m sure once puppy is here it will be a bit of a sharing space ! Super firm and comfortable!

The customer service received was excellent - I ordered the wrong size bed for my rescue Sprocker but Neil sorted out the return very quickly. The new - and correct sized bed - arrived promptly and Shackleton settled into it immediately! This one is definitely not being returned! Thank you
