If your order was placed by mistake and has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we are able to cancel your order. In this event, please contact us to do so. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel an order.

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your reference number and details regarding the specific fault and one of our team members will get back to you with a response.

Eco Friendly Luxury Dog Beds 30 Night Trial

All our Eco Friendly Luxury Dog Beds are accompanied by our full quality assurance and commitment to ensuring that your dog loves their new Baker & Bray bed. If they are not 100% comfortable during the first 30 nights, you can return it and we’ll provide a full refund. All we ask is that you genuinely allow your dog to trial the bed for a minimum of 14 days. Let them fully use the bed risk free. That’s all we ask. We simply want your dog to be 100% happy with their new bed.

Other Product Returns

You have the right to return any other item providing its within 30 days of purchase but no earlier than 7 days. For these items, we can only accept items if they still have the original packaging. Please do not worry about fur, muck or any other sign of use. That risk is ours. Chewed or damaged beds may incur a charge and render you no longer eligible for a full refund.

General Return Conditions

Please note we are unable to issue an exchange or refund for products where faults have been caused by an accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please note that unless agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. You have the choice of either arranging your own courier or we can help arrange the return for you. In this event, the delivery charge will be deducted from your total refund.

Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, from the date your goods are sent back to us. If you still haven’t received your refund after 15 days, please contact us with your reference number and we will investigate further. If you have returned goods via your own method, please also include tracking details.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. Please check orders carefully on receiving them. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit or if there are any order discrepancies, we will make every effort to resolve these as soon as possible for you. We do however require that you inform us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. If we are not notified within this period, we reserve the right not to process the return.

So good. - I may sleep in it myself

Within half an hour of arriving at our home, following a gruelling 24 journey which included flights and ferry stuck in the confines of a crate, Frank, our Boxer cross rescue dog, discovered the difference between sleeping on a concrete floor in a rescue shelter and luxuriating in a comfy but supportive bed that allows him to stretch out his not inconsiderably long legs. I think he was crossed with a giraffe. Just watching him lolling and relaxing made me want to get into it myself!

Beautiful soft quality bed

The moment I put the bed on the floor our border collie puppy laid down on it. She looked so comfortable. The bed is her happy place to retire to. I definitely recommend Baker & Bray for their excellent service at a good price and next day delivery.

Wow! Why didn’t I do this sooner ? Ted is so relaxed on this well made bed which is just as described and a good size for a big labradoodle. He took to it right away and after lying on it myself….. I was not surprised . Whatever position he is in he seems supported and he really enjoyed nestling in and making this his ‘own’ thank you for exceptional service and quality . PS He has a new blanket too again much more practical and well designed in stark contrast to other blankets he has had.

Very smart and stylish

Thank you for this beautiful leather dog collar. The look and feel of the leather, the hardware and the stitching are all signs of a top quality dog collar and the Ash colour is really unusual and eye-catching. I will definitely return for another in a different colour in the near future.
