I mistakenly ordered two sets of replacement covers but in the wrong size. This was on a Saturday and I emailed expecting an answer on a weekday however I had one within an hour. It was all sorted out by Monday with the correct sizes sent and delivered Tuesday. All my fault but the customer service was incredible, thank you so much. Beautiful

Super happy with this dog bed! Bought this as a second one for upstairs as I was fed up with carrying the dog bed up and down the stairs each day. She much prefers this to her current donut bed and now slopes off upstairs whenever she fancies a little snooze! I got the green and its a lovely colour ☺️
Charlie loves his bed so much he now has one upstairs and downstairs excellent quality first one still looks as good as new and is now two year old xx
