Both the product and the company are 5 star standard. My dog loved her new bed and it was great to see her chilling in comfort. The customer service is friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend.
I was going to purchase a donut bed from another company but came across Baker & Bray and saw that one of their beds had won Telegraph Best Buy and they had a sale on which actually made their bed cheaper than the one I was looking at (and since have learnt from a friend that the other company’s beds were not great quality). The Baker & Bray bed arrived quickly, quality is excellent and my dog who usually dithers for ages before lying down got into it immediately and has barely left! He had leg surgery yesterday and is lying in his donut looking incredibly relaxed, comfortable and supported.

Absolutely delighted with our purchase. We have tried most brands on the market but without doubt this is the very best. Jasper loves it!
